Here’s a question for MSE. Why do tracker mortgages on the web site seem to be calculated on a base rate of 0.75% when the actual rate is 0.1%? Or am I making a colossal error!

because the tables are not updated and likely those tracker mortgages have been pulled but remain to get you to call them, classic bait and switch"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
