Now TV Sports Mobile pass - Roku stick

I'm looking at buying a Sky Sports pass for the coming football. A normal sky sports pass is about £30. Which gives 11 Sports channels. A mobile pass gives 5 channels. I'm only interested in Premier League which is shown on the mobile pass.
Does anyone have any idea if the mobile pass can be cast from a mobile (Android) phone to a TV? Or is the picture quality not good?
Or would a mobile pass work anyway on a Roku stick or a Android/Kodi box?
