When to Remortgage

Halo Guys
I have mortgage fixed rate ending in nov 2020 . But I have a satisfied CCJ which will fall off the credit file in March 2021. I am into a problem whether should I remortgage before the fixed rate ends in Nov. Or Pay variable in from Nov to March and then apply for remortgage in March as I will have a good score in March.
I am worried as house prices are falling down currently stands at 70 % LTV.

You could probably get a high street lender to do a remortgage now if the CCJ is the only thing thats on the file. Might as well speak to a broker now and see what the options are. I usually do my remortgages 5months in advance1
