Klarna - making it difficult to pay debt anyone have payment tips?

I bought a scooter during lockdown, I could have paid it outright with a push but like the monthly doable payments.
It was extremely difficult to contact anyone through their customer pages as the links led nowhere.
I am trying to make a full payment but again their payment links never, work and they require payment through an I phone app which I read from others don't work anyway. Tried to pay through paypal and my bank but don't recognise account or sort code details.
Has anyone made a successful payment. I'm sure this company deliberately make it difficult so they can charge the £12 late fee.
I have 15 days left to pay and have been trying on and off for a month already.
Any help much appreciated.

  • Did you set up a DD for the payments? if so they will call for the payment, if not why not send them a cheque? very old school I know.

Never not had a problem paying Klarna.
Their support site has the following page:
    https://www.klarna.com/uk/customer-service/how-do-i-make-payment/

All the links seem to function as they should.

I found this by googling the phrase ‘How to make a payment to Klarna’ for future reference.
  • I have the app on an iPhone X and it works absolutely fine. I’ve added my details and use it whenever I want to report a return or pay an outstanding bill. Just try the app first and then contact them if you aren’t any further forwards. You could try taking a video screenshot of the date and times you’re trying to contact them to no avail if you have to dispute a late fee.
