Halifax mortgage has 3 sub accounts 2 with 10 years left and 1 with 24 does anyone know if Halifax can extend the terms to co term with the 24 year one to lower monthly payments

    Possible, although we took out a further advance and they extended our term.  We also went through a mortgage broker.
