Deduction of earnings through covid

Hi, I am the receiving parent for my son, but have not received any maintenance since 28th March. After speaking to my ex it seems CMS have still been taking £92 from his wages each week- I usually see £78 from this. So do they owe me 11 weeks of £78? Is it usual through lockdown for this not to come through to me? Or should I try to contact them? Any advice or similar circumstances would be great to hear. Thanks
