I’ve been waiting for 2 months now for Scotrail to refund me the balance of my annual season ticket (approx. £1400). I’ve spoken to a number of people in their customer relations department who will only tell me there is a ‘delay’ with the refunds and that it will be paid ‘in due course’.  Obviously that’s a lot of money and I need it right now. I keep asking them to escalate this because I’d like my money or at least a timescale but they just ignore me. Anyone know of anyone higher up I can’t contact about this? Thanks
