I was told it was a final salary benifit with guaranteed minimum pension. Could you tell me a bit more about these plans, can I transfer this pension & combine another Aon trust pension.

If you look at the second link in my previous post, the DHL Retirement Plan appears to have both DB sections and a DC section.
You should check on whether you have both a deferred DB pension and a DC pension.
If you have a deferred DB pension and were a member of the scheme between 1978 and 1997, you will have a Guaranteed Minimum Pension.
