I need some help and advice please regarding being able to secure a mortgage for a 25% share of a HTB mortgage (£89k) with a 5% deposit as a single applicant.
I am a teacher with discharged bankruptcy from 2016.
Teachers Building Society need applicants to be 5 years clear. The total monthly outgoings would be approx £100 less than my rent.

You need a broker to go through your file and match you to a lender
generally you can borrow x4.5 of your gross income excluding debts"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
