well done sophiesmum! great news! I've got all my presents sorted for people I don't ask by spending £4!! Gifts are worth over £100 though, all done through vouchers/points.

For the people I do ask..I am currently neutral which is fab. Christmas will be hard for those though, I spent probably £450 cash on mum/dad/OH so need to get back into eBaying!

:ABeing Thrifty Gifty again this year:A

  • Another pressie sorted today:D
Just received from postie a set of L'aimant products - 2 perfumes, talc and body spray(supposed to be worth £25) these were freebies that were part of deal when OH ordered me a mag subscription through quidco at xmas.
They are now in my pressie box and will def do for one pressie - maybe two as they are all packaged separately;) ;) .

I have now covered all birthdays through year, and quite a few xmas pressies, all easter pressies, and mother's day.
Need father's day sorting yet:confused: and same as jamtart still need close family xmas pressies.

    Must update my spreadsheets.

well I've got a big boost, £35 of garden vouchers and £100 of capital bond vouchers. I intend to spend half of each on stuff for the house and half on presents.

Does anyone know how easy it is to use capital bond vouchers, do you just hand them over like other vouchers?

Forgot to say have just had the best free gift 2day.

Use a catalogue, went through Quidco so get 6% back, as finished paying the club off, order some new quilts for the summer, (3 beds), the order came to £50. fair enough, but got a free 5mp camera for spending over £50.00 so thats been earmarked for best mates bday, normally spend £40, thats from me, dd and parents, she always gets things throughout the yr for dd, and shes no children, so normally £20.00 presents, £20 gft voucher Next, Havent got to spend a penny!

    Here's my update:
Spent £44 so far this year on presents
£16.45 was in vouchers earned from Pigsback and I have earned £6.70 back through ebay so my total spend has been about £22 so I'm only halfway to being money neutral... Need to put some more things on ebay!
I also have £33 pending on Quidco & £7 odd on Pigsback, plus various survey points!
    Quidco - £33.95, Pigsback £7.79 (£20 claimed)

    Holiday fund £50
