I think if they've reviewed the documents and all is as it should be then subject to the valuation I think you'll be fine. The tracker is always slightly delayed in terms of being updated. Your broker will definitely have more information than you do so may be worth just giving them a ring to see if they can get an update for you.vinnie_89 said:04brobins Thankyou for helping that make sense it’s much appreciated.
I have had a little look at the Natwest tracker and it says a lot of actions have been ticked off I.e. ID checks, P60 checks, wage slip and bank statements. All has ticks next to it. Says that they are reviewing documents that have been sent to them. With them initially looking at our application 6 working days ago, would you think that if they were to turn us down they would have by now?
Im just so nervous but excited! It’s such a stressful thing to go through and anyone’s experiences with NatWest mortgages would help massively for my nerves....ha!
Good luck but I reckon you'll be alright!
Fingers crossed!!!04brobins said:

Same with Natwest, sent an application through broker on Monday 8th, have been asked twice for more informations. Every time it took 2 days for another one.
So nervous and couldn't do anything else.0 -
Hi Vanessa. Seems like we are in the same boat? What were you asked to provide? Statements etc? Hoping to get an update today! Else it’ll be next week...Vanessa1215 said:Same with Natwest, sent an application through broker on Monday 8th, have been asked twice for more informations. Every time it took 2 days for another one.

4th June, AIP through broker, Natwest did a hard search. (I heard this is standard for seeing through broker)
8th June Monday sent application, Natwest did a soft search on my file.
then 9th June asking for evidence for deposit. (which we did gave to broker before)
10th, heard nothing,
11th June, ask for evidence of my middle name, they have seen my deed poll for putting middle name in. I gave them my driving license.
Then nothing today.
I understand they are busy and maybe 2 days turnaround time from receiving a new piece of information, just hope they could ask everything at once 😂

19th May AIP
21st Full application submitted
4th June Valuation done
12th June signed off - offer letter out in the post
Took about 7 days from valuation being completed (they actually passed the valuation within a day but they needed a latest credit card statement showing zero balance which i provided yesterday)0 -
Had a call yesterday 16:00, we have been approved subject to valuation. Our valuation was yesterday and luckily we are friendly with our house builders site manager, who held the meeting with the surveyor yesterday. So he text us after telling us that he was happy and a signed off valuation! So next wee we expect to be offered mortgage!!!! What a relief! Over the moon is an understatement! Good luck Vanessa! I never got asked to provide proof of deposit from Natwest!! Weird!0

Congratulations you got the offer!
From the timeline, it does sounds very long for a valuation being done (21st to 4th)
Looking for 4 weeks scale now
