Cis mortgages

are there any other lenders apart from Halifax that will use cis payslips over sa032 returns

    Yes, there is another lender who will use Cis payslips. If you let a mortgage broker know your full circumstances. They'll be able to check your eligibility.
  • I got one through with Barclays recently but with all the changes to criteria post Covid, I would just fire it on to a brokers desk and see what the options are.   I am having to tell loads of people that they just cant get a mortgage at the moment when they would have been fine a few months ago.   Too much has changed to take criteria advice from any application from before Covid
