Getting a mortgage with no job

So I am currently looking to buy a house after recently splitting from my ex. I do not currently work as am on ESA income related due to a mental health issue. The house I am looking at is £80,000 and I have £40,000 in savings so I could put a 50% deposit on the house. My current income is £650 a month from my ESA and my outgoings are car insurance and mobile phone which equates to £100 a month. I have no other outgoings currently as I have moved back in with my parents.
Would a bank entertain a mortgage based on this? Would I even need a 50% deposit? Or could I put 30% down? Seen conflicting views on different sites. Thanks.

You will need a good broker as generally it's 4.5x income (when working) that can be borrowed, it may be less than then when relying solely on benefits.

You need to take into account utility bills, maintenance / repairs of the property, maintaining your car etc, plus the mortgage payment.

Hopefully one of the brokers will pop along later and say what might be possible.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.
