Hi. My partner pays monthly for his child who was 16 in March 2020. She hasn’t attended school due to anxiety/depression for over 12 months. Does he still
have to pay maintenance? Thankyou for any advice.

If anything, the costs her mum are incurring will be more, as the child is at home more..!
