Product Testing

While in lockdown have been doing surveys through a site Swagbucks, in the last 2 months have made £80, also signed up for product testing, have received 2 text messages and emails about winning, have gone through the motions with the last stage being you need to pay for postage £1. At this point I've closed the window, I refuse to add my bank details. Do you have to pay for postage when winning these items, if you do have to pay is there any other way instead of giving my bank details. Many thanks Robert
