can u still get reduced sky

For a while now ive been ringing sky regularly to say i want to close account then get offered better deals etc for three months. can i still do this??
Also last time they offered me sky + box and contract for free, but when the engineer came i couldnt have it as didnt have phone line. I have had line reconnected now, is this something they still might offer.
