i am just after some advice please. With the current Covid-19 and economic situation are many places still giving mortgages if you have
a 10% deposit (first time buyer)?

Anything below a 15% deposit is currently very restricted. Hopefully this will change soon1

HSBC and Nationwide are still doing 10% deposit mortgages0
