Mortagage Help

Hi Everyone,
I am looking at getting a mortgage within the next year or so and have been in the same job for the last 8 years. I am looking at started a Ltd company as a side business in addition to my current full time job. Will this affect me getting a mortage as I still have my full time job?

Any advice would be much appreciated,
Thanks Sam

as long as the limited company won't be your main income, as you would need at least 1 years accounts, preferably 2 years.

However if you need to rely on the limited company earnings, it may be difficult if less than 1 year of opening.
