Mortgage product withdrawal

We have been accepted in principle with a lender for a 10yr fixed term. But when finishing application with a mortgage adviser the product as been withdrawn. We applied before it was withdrawn. We had agreed a 90% mortgage. Where do we stand?

If the full application has been submitted to the lender prior to the withdrawl of the product, then the application will be honoured for consideration.0

maybe because when application was put in it was withdrawn, a DIP doesn't mean acceptance. You need to clarify with the broker, perhaps it's their way of saying they screwed up"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

I found out about the withdrawal of my 90% product yesterday. I've applied direct to the lender and got my application in on the morning the product was withdrawn. It was withdrawn at 8PM. I called the lender and they confirmed that applications made before that time would be honoured but I don't know if this would include DIPs. Did you broker submit the full application in time?
