Rent, yes you can include rent and board, which is what it is, and it's fair and reasonable. Dont call it goodwill, it isn't. It's rent. Even if it's to your own family, it's still rent, and the OR will consider it fair. Unless it's for thousands.
You're fine lad, don't worry.0 -
You would call it rent, or board, not a goodwill payment, that would not be allowed, look, your application won`t be refused, that`s not what i meant, i was just a little concerned about how much you have to live on, £350 is not much, there are no rules which say you aren’t allowed to go bankrupt with a negative disposable income, or even no income at all. Please try and keep to one thread per topic, i have merged all your threads under this one, so as to avoid confusion.Thanks.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Would I ideally be looking to have between £0 and £20 remaining after all my expenditure is taken from my income? Ideally id love to get approved and for no IPA to be in place. With my dad its no fixed amount we have I just give him cash to help and say thanks for letting me stay there.
My income wont rapidly increase as I will keep my evening job and look at maybe going to college or learn a new skill on line as I currently have an accountancy qualification (I know I will lose this and am completely fine with this), so then after the 12 months I will have a new skill to take as a career path for my new life.

Thanks all for reading this thread, please keep your messages coming as its really helping me get a picture together of what I can actually do and get through this.
Im really wanting to be approved and no IPA to be put in place during the 12 months, then after I am discharged I can restart my life without the daily worry of what has and could go wrong.
