Mortgage with unsettled CCJ

Is it even possible to get a mortgage with an unsettled CCJ? 

My partner and his Mother had a CCJ for approximately 60k due to a failed business. He pays 200pcm , his mother went banckrupt. So I guess it all falls to him.

He has been paying for about 5 years. The CCJ no longer shows on his credit report. 

We were wondering if it’s possible for him to have his name on a mortgage and with what LTV?

Shall we just accept it will all have to be in my name?

The lenders can only go off 6 years credit history. if any adverse is showing then it will affect who will take you on. however if no CCJ showing on report it would be 'no' to the answer of any CCJ in the last 6 years.  it shouldn't affect.
I have a default 2015 on my file. it drops off July 2021 after this date I wouldn't be declaring it if the question is ' have you any defaults within 6 years' as it would be no.

Thank you but what about when they ask what the 200 is for and the current debts?

That's why you need a good broker who understands, isn't judgemental, knows the lenders and is aware of which is the best one to place you with.
