Hello,
Can someone run me through how the process works please? I submitted Saturday and the broker claims I will hear within 3 days, but is that a offer / green light or what?
What are the next steps?

    Hi so I can only offer my experience which was two years ago as a first time buyer. Once submitted, I didn't hear anything and prompted my broker after 7 days asking for an update and he said that the valuation had been done yesterday and I would find out soon. 3 days later got the formal offer in the post! So in total it took my application 10 days. Fingers crossed for you.

    Next steps are you will get an update tomorrow or Thursday as your Broker said.
    The process varies Lender to Lender and case to case. Updates are best discussed with your Broker who knows what is going on.
