Mortgage Broker - Advice/Recommendation

We are in the process of buying our first house but struggling with our current broker, there have already been several mistakes and this is before an application has been made. We are looking at using the LIFT scheme in Scotland so would like someone that ideally has a knowledge of the scheme. Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations/experiences as we need to get something done quite quickly.
