Well the good feelings were short lived with the news that my bully has decided he would like to return to work after his sick months "off sick" apparently he has made a miraculous recovery and is ready to come back straight away. They have told him no and that he has to do Occ Health and be interviewed on my grievance first but I am really scared that work will let me down and instead of gross misconduct he will be let off with a slap on the wrists again but knowing all my grievance
Trying to concentrate on anything else is impossible at the moment
