I 'm struggling to find 90% LTV mortgage for new house. I don't want to lose the house we have reserved. Please share your experience if you have managed to get 90% mortgage in current market.

I will check their lending criteria. I have 1 default which is less than 3 years and satisfied. Which is another complication to get a lend in current market.0 -
