LifePoints - "you don't qualify"
Options
Having used Lifepoints for a while without any problems, I now seem to be regularly getting the "sorry you don't qualify for this survey" message, before I've even answered a single question. Usually, you either get asked a few questions and then get a sorry, or the survey is full. Over the last couple of days, I've had this message 6 times.
Are they actually now using the information on your profile to "profile" you for new surveys, before you've even been asked a question? They never seemed to before.
I haven't raised a query yet (as I didn't make a note of the survey numbers), but I will if this keeps happening, but would be interested in how others are finding it too.

How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)

FYI, I raised this as a query with them, because it kept happening, and this is the response that I got back...
"There are special checks set up for some of our surveys and for surveys you've been offered recently, your account did not pass some security checks we perform against 3rd party data.
You will continue to be offered surveys, so feel free to continue participating as you see more surveys on your dashboard. "
Anyone else got the same issue?
