Virgin and sky refunds

Has anyone been successful in receiving a rebate from Sky or Virgin? Did anyone receive the email they claim to have sent? Did anyone get an email asking customers not to phone them because their lines were busy or they didn’t have staff to answer your calls? No wonder the onus was on the customer to contact them because you can’t and now it’s too late, so no one is receiving a rebate - typical.
