Credit Report - Help!

I have my mortgage appointment tomorrow with Nationwide. I am an existing customer looking to port mortgage into a new property and borrow additional (as it’s more expensive), with an overall 10% deposit.
I had recently paid for a 9k holiday on my 0% credit card (having already saved for it, but booked on CC for protection) so the money was in my savings. I left it on the card for a few months as I was unsure if clearing the debt cancelled out the protection, and it wasn’t bothering me due to the 0%.
Our house move has come on suddenly so I realised I needed to transfer the money from my savings into my CC to clear it, which I have done and now have £0 on all cards.
Just checked my credit report and it hasn’t updated yet!! Now I’m worried if I say I have 0 on credit cards they will run a check and it will say I have 9k on there!
Won’t that make it look like I’m lying? Will it automatically decline? Or can they see the up to date balance which I cannot see on my own checks!
For reference both mine and my partners credit scores are ‘excellent’ in Experian and Equifax, although I know that probably doesn’t mean much. We also have no defaults or any issues on our reports.

Im not that experienced with Nationwide, but I think they will class the debt as carrying on unless it is showing as cleaerd on your credit report (but I could be mistaking them with Santander...or it could be both).
Tell the advisor you had £9k on there that you cleared on whatever date but it has not yet updated. Let them decide what to enter.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
