Should I mention redundancy on my CV?

Leave it out, especially as you've been with your company for 10 years. I've job hopped more than I would have liked because of two redundancies and it's definitely a big hurdle to get over and something I allude to in my cover letter. You should have no problem at all.
One person I know who is a massive job hopper put his reasons for leaving in his CV and LinkedIn profile. Each one says something like "moving location" or "team restructuring" when the truth is he was "a complete waste of space" according to the Managing Director of one company he worked for. Putting it down is unnecessary and redundancy is probably the most legitimate reason for leaving a company.0
