Good evening,
I'm now five months into my bankruptcy and I have agreed to an IPA of £80 which was asked by the OR, which I believe is fair given my circumstances. I've just returned the form
Now, my wages vary from month to month, from £1400 - £1800.
Am I ment to declare my wages each month or just if I come into a substantial amount of money?
Thanks in advance 👍

You should ask your OR, it's possible that the IPA was done on an average monthly income, so it isn't an issue, but if your income is very variable you maybe expected to inform them each month. I would certainly assume nothing at this point, much better to ask and sort now, than for it to come to light later
