Non bank account payments please help

Hi all, I have this week received a text to contact the csa. I have contacted them and they have advised they have a payment for me. May sound straight forward but it’s not.

i have not received a payment for years, I suppose I gave up in the end of the stop start all the time. Back when I did receive payments it was into a non bank account, I can remember going to a pay point with the card and withdrawing. My question is can anyone remember or does anyone know the name of this company that supplied the card for withdrawing (it wasn’t a post office account it was something else) , reason being I discarded all documents once I’d given up and payments had stopped but want to check whether payments had been continuing?

the csa couldn’t tell me much today on the phone just that a payment was there (I’m assuming a one off, updated now bank details for it) couldn’t tell me the date it was from or how long etc.

im just really confused, I have moved around due to DV so I’m not sure whether any contact has been attempted.

I mean the CSA doesnt exist, so are you sure it's legit?
