Offer error

Hi everyone. I am just staircasing with Barclays from 30%-40%. I had the offer with no issues and it went to all relevant solicitors and the housing association solicitor noticed that the offer amount varied throughout the document and the address was incorrect. Is this a major event that will necessitate in the whole process starting again? The actual sums and monthly payments etc are correct but for some reason the actual value varies. Typo I hope and easily amended...?

To quote my solicitor directly: Just to update you. The housing association solicitor requested for the offer to be amended as the address had typo’s and the valuation price differed throughout the offer. I have refer this to the lender and am waiting to hear back.0

Any advice would be appreciated. Starting to worry the offer will be withdrawn and the whole process restart...0
