Sorry, i said I would like to buy residential then switch to a buy to let before leaving the country, the lender i believe would be santander or hsbc or barclays although i preffer santander. On switching to a buy to let and then renew of a buy to let fixed term what usually checks are done? I am affraid i will not met the criteria once a i leave the country and also my other fear is that if i say i will leave the country they will not allow me to change from residantial to buy to let if i don.t show income of at least 25 000 a year.
