Court on thursday

Hello, not been on here for a while as, even though the forms had arrived, i slide back into denial and hoped it would all go away!
But after another annoying creditor call on wednesday, i bit the bullett and called the court up.
So thursday it is!
I'm actually really excited, as it will be the end of 7 years of struggle and worry.
I will probably be back on here b4 thursday with some last minute qustions about filling in the forms (only a few bits left to fill in).
But i am feeling pretty proud of myself!

And so you should be, jl. I hope that it all goes well for you and that you can make the most of a 'fresh start' in the New Year.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
