Court on thursday

Hello, not been on here for a while as, even though the forms had arrived, i slide back into denial and hoped it would all go away!
But after another annoying creditor call on wednesday, i bit the bullett and called the court up.
So thursday it is!
I'm actually really excited, as it will be the end of 7 years of struggle and worry.
I will probably be back on here b4 thursday with some last minute qustions about filling in the forms (only a few bits left to fill in).
But i am feeling pretty proud of myself!

    Best wishes for Thursday.

Bet you can't wait till you get home on Thursday for the phone to ring so that you can say 'bog off, don't call again!'

You know if you have any questions about the forms you can ask here and we will try and help you.

And so you should be, jl. I hope that it all goes well for you and that you can make the most of a 'fresh start' in the New Year.

  • Thanks so much for your kind words. I'm just sitting down to complete the forms now. How much housekeeping expend do u think is acceptable? There is just me and my 4 year old child at home.
