Nationwide - Green Additional Borrowing Mortgage

Quick question please:
We have an existing fixed term mortgage with Nationwide that is due to expire in December 2020.
We are looking at taking out some additional borrowing through their Green Mortgage to replace old windows etc.
If we were to re-mortgage in December to another provider, do we have to move both Nationwide mortgages? At a 5-year fix of 1.05% for the Green Mortgage we'd obviously rather not! (but a product transfer with Nationwide is there or thereabouts a best buy for us at the moment so not the end of the world!)
Does anyone have any idea how quickly we could secure the additional Green Mortgage? We're waiting for quotes for the work which we have to submit as a first step.
