SIPP Provider who allows non-releivable contributions?

My sipp provider has stopped accepting non-relievable contributions  (i.e. contributions beyond the 2880 that a non earner can contribute and receive tax relief that of course do not receive any releif).  Are there any sensibly priced providers who do allow such contributions?

Thanks

Why would you want to lock your money into all of the restrictions and taxability that come with a pension, without any tax relief incentive?

To dodge inheritance tax I believe.

There are other reasons why it might be sensible, such as tax credits possibly... (though not sure on this)

Perhaps you have a very small pot so won't be paying income tax when you draw down but have used up your isa allowance, are already at or close to 55 so the lock up doesn't matter and are trying to balance pension provision between spouses?

fidelity used to allow this but don't any longer, vanguard don't, AJBell YouInvest don't.
