Silverpoint 'Bankruptcy' - Is there anything we can do?

I've just received a phone call from a company telling me that Silverpoint had gone into administration (and did I want them to represent my legal case - I didn't). This was the first I'd heard of it as my wife deals with all of the holiday admin. I've had a quick look online but there doesn't seem to be much information. I was wondering if anyone else is in the same boat as us, what what are you planning to do about it?

We own a week in one of the Silverpoint Resorts in Tenerife, which is translated to points and managed by RCI. We paid our annual fees in December so I feel that we should at least get them back.
