Land Registry Transfer of Part

I’m just after some advice on the processing time of a transfer of part with the Land Registry. Our form was sent a few weeks ago and we’ve had a letter to say that the application was received and is being worked on as of the 27th May however there is no guidance on timescales. I’m just wondering with the current covid situation if anybody has been through the process recently and would know roughly how long it’s taking to complete. I should add we have had the application expedited due to the hold up of a mortgage application which is supposed to speed things up a little but not sure by how much. Many Thanks in advance!
