Hey Everyone,
I hope you all are well. I hope someone can put us at ease. We are looking at a new build using the HTB scheme and our broker has submitted our full application on Friday. We want to borrow £260,000 with a 5% deposit and 20% from the gov.
we are both on about £74k together and I have a permanent second job which I have been in for 3 months but it is the same role, just different clinic. I owe about 8k on credit cards which are all on good standing and have a HP car with 29k remaining.
the valuation has been booked in for next week, broker said we stand a good chance with affordability.
What do you think and when do you think we will hear back from them?
