Tenancy agreement

hi, the OR decided no interview was necessary and informed me of this in a letter. I wanted to check he wouldn’t be telling my landlord, I’m a good tenant, 6 years always paid and maintained and improved the property in this time. Painting etc In fact last time he came he commented on how nice i had the house. Anyway the OR hasn’t asked to see a copy of my rent agreement or mentioned it. Is this normal? Thanks

If you weren't in arrears it is highly unlikely they will contact your landlord. Mine hasn't been.0
