Child maintenance question

I have 2 children which I pay child maintenance for. I may have the opportunity to help out public transport in London for 3 months which will increase my annual wage dramatically. How will this be worked out on my next annual review? Will my weekly payments go up for the whole of the next years annual review when I'm back to my normal place of work earning a lot less than the previous year?

It would be subject to mandatory reconsideration
  • I have an 18 year old child that I do not see And haven’t seen since 6 years old due to maternal influence. I pay monthly through the CMA. I am aware my ex is advising that my child is still in college but I’m not sure this is true. She is known in the past to be untrustworthy and has lied to the benefits system before, getting in to debt with them and had to repay payments claimed unlawfully.  CMA have advised it is up to her to report any changes until then I need to maintain payments unless advised by my ex my child is no longer in education.  She will not answer my calls or texts so I can ask the question if my child is still in college. How can I find out if my child is still in college? I am willing to accept responsibility for my child as long as I know that my child is definitely in full time education still. I am not willing though to subsidise my ex’s personal life. Also when would the payments stop. My child is 19 in January?
