1-2.12.07 - - What DFW thing have you done this weekend?

Things for today:

Used my £10 John Lewis gift voucher for DH Xmas present.

Got 2 more £2 off haircare till vouchers in Boots. Used gift card to pay for various bits n pieces.

Returned an item which I didn't really need and used that towards Xmas presents.

Found 1 x £2 off haircare till voucher.

Printed off a 5 x free instant kodak prints voucher fro AC machine.

Found 1p.

Queued 15-20 mins in Primark for a £1 mug. :eek:

Brought a gorgeous pair of reduced jeans for £7 in TK Maxx which will probably fit if I hold my breath and suck everything in. :eek: :rotfl:

Sold an e-bay item.

Got mum to post another ebay item I sold.

Did my piggy click.
Tesco points: 101 (£21.50, £19.50, £7.50, £21 & £5)
Boots points: £0.28
Pigsback points: 715 (4 xBoots£10 & 1 xPizzaHut£10, 2 x £10 clothing vouchers)
Mutual points: 3417 (redeemed 8250)

    We stayed in today. No taking the car out, no spending money. Hopefully it will be the same again tomorrow.

    Found a Tesco till receipt for 9 points. :o :T
    Found 1p.
    Used £8 in coupons off monthly shopping.
    Got 3 old Tesco receipts with points added at customer services.
    Got a free magazine with a 30p coupon.
    Posted Ebay I sold.
    Used a 5p/ltr of petrol voucher and saved £1.20.
    Packaged up 2 items sold on Ebay.

    That's all I can think of.

  • This weekend I have:
    * spent no money what so ever
    * stayed in all day today and did boring old housework (well a little bit)
    * have been trawling the internet looking for good deals on christmas presents
    * been looking for a 3rd job for the New Year and have some ideas

    I haven't left the house today, and yesterday I did 6 hours overtime. No spends involved yay!

  • aw man, wish i had more to report but its been bit of a costly one for me....however, coming home from church tonight I really REALLY fancied a smoked sausage supper but i came home and made oven chips and actually found a smoked sausage in the fridge and had that instead so saved about £3.00 there!!!!Other than that, not much money saving involved :(

    Brought him some grub home from work so no takeaway
