Bellway (South East) Ltd - One Bedroom Semi-detached house

I should be grateful to hear from any Architect, Surveyor, Builder, Bellway Admin Staff, Construction Workers, Brickies, Cement Mixers, their relatives,friends or colleagues who can remember the building of a Bellway(South East) Ltd ONE BEDROOM Semi-detached house anywhere in the Greater London area between the early 1970s and late 1990s.

Reason for me requesting this is to try and get Lambeth VOA Listing Officer to amend my Council Tax from Band D to C on this tiny 39m2 house.

Just need to know the Greater London Post Code areas where any of these ONE BEDROOM Semi-detached houses were built say for example E1 9ZZ or SW17 DD7 and the rest I can find out by Satellite Maps. Please click on http link below:-
