I quite like traditional smelling candles too - like lavender for example - do you do anything like this? I know you specialise in Bakery so wouldn't want to take the specialism away fromyou but just wondered..?

mmm lavender, I have got some flowery smells coming, but I don't think lavender is one of them, I can always order some, no probs there.

I'm still wanting to do them looking cakes etc. but I'm thinking of scenting them with flowery smells also, sound good to you? A lavender cupcake maybe?

Hi GF, I love your candles and website but am having big trouble deciding what to order lol!
I used to run my own small business and when i was trying out packaging etc i used to send an order to myself or my mum and see how it arrived ie all in one piece etc. That way iwasnt upsetting any potential customers if it all went pear-shaped.

I wish you all the best in your business I think you're going to get bigger and bigger!

mm yeah sounds good! i absolutely love lavender! If you diversified down this avenue you could do the holistic type candles with different scents - like people burn essential oils in burners - but having the gorgeous candles with the helpful smells!

I also love the idea of peppermint creams for when I have a cold!!

Oh no! I got so excited about all the ideas here that my hand slipped and I went to the GF website and clicked a few things and ordered them! :T Don't know how that happened !!

Now, when my hand "slipped", it fell against some nice looking espresso and cinammon melts.....I have a problem now.....NO BURNER! Can someone please take pity on me and tell me where I can find a burner? And do I just put the wax on top like I would oil?! Does it make a mess?!

Hi reehsetin I am making a little wedding cake for someone at the moment, its heart shaped, only one tier though lol It's made in the 3 layers like the Christmas cupcakes and I paint white hearts on the top and add some silver glitter. Does this sound like something you'd be interested in? I will not let myself send this one out without photographing it first (sets 5 reminders) lol
