Jb Leitch threaten to enter my home

Hello,
I own and live in my own house that I have a mortgage on. I've had a letter from JB leitch today on behalf of barrat david Wilson that I owe rent of £240 plus another amount equalling the value of £471.
They said if I dont pay in 14 days they will enter my house and take it over.
I'm totally confused. How can I owe rent to these clowns? Its stressful enough right now with covid without this. Ive never missed a bill or a payment. This is out the blue. Do you think it's a scam?

read your letter again and check what it actually says, are you sure it's not the yearly management charge?0

It actually says rent on it. I havent had any Bill's other than the ones I get and pay. I've seen ground care solutions on here. I own the freehold.
I had to tell them to stop going onto my garden and cutting my grass 3 times.
Other than that the letter just leaves me confused.0 -
I would simply call Barrat and ask them about it. It's the simpler solution I would think4

As long as you do not owe any debts to anyone like property management companies or others? you can ignore or perhaps possibly ask what the debt is for?Theninjagecko said:Hello,

Unsure bit looking like it could be I've had no invoices/Bill's from them. I'll try to call david Wilson homes tomorrow. I have no idea what number to ring or who to ask for.Thrugelmir said:Ground rent owed?
