NEXT - order number...where do I find it?

Hi,

I ordered a bed 3 weeks ago and I am in a new house living off an inflatable blow up bed.....so would like to finally get this bed...

I get a text/email from NEXT 'You can now book a delivery slot, click this link to do so'....

Link asks for an order number.....

No order number provided in the text/email they sent me about booking a delivery slot.
No order number provided in the emails when I made my order.
No order number under my order details on the NEXT website.

I tried my NEXT account number and that doesn't work. So I have been faffing about for 30 minutes trying to work out how to get my order number and get delivery booked. Tried their online chat and it just says 'busy', doesn't even tell you if the chat is open and until when so I can keep trying. I phoned them up as on their website it said their phone lines were open 24/7, got recorded message saying they aren't running any phone service at all.

This is ridiculous.

Anyone else had this problem? anyone know where to find this seemingly non existent order number?
