Hearst Magazines restriction period after winning?

This is more of a wonder than anything else - I won a competition run by Hearst (Cosmopolitan) in January, having previously won one (Good Housekeeping) in June last year. I've been entering them regularly ever since without a second thought, however it hit me today that there might be some kind of restriction in place that stops repeat winners from winning again within a set period à la Bauer automatically disqualifying winners and their household after a big prize win for 6 months (for other big prizes). I had a quick glance through T&Cs and couldn't find anything, but I could have just missed it somewhere. Has anyone ever won twice from Hearst publications within a relatively close period of time? I'd rather know if I'm lucky enough to win again to leave it for a spell before going back to entering if my entries are automatically void because I'm a recent winner.

The restrictions are mostly applied by Radio groups i.e. Bauer and Global although these do include their magazines as well.
I have not heard of Hearst imposing this sort of restriction on their mags.
Have a look at the thread here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5984982/bayer-terms/p1
The Radio companies brought in these restrictions some time ago after a person had been winning multiple times mostly by fraudulent means, using multiple names and addresses.

With the Bauer group they were playing around with their T&Cs for a while but I think it was established that any win of £500 or more from them prevents you winning £500 or more for 6 months and that includes anyone at the same address.
I have looked in the past at Hearst and not seen any mention of a restriction so if they did want to apply one they should inform you of that you have a big win (Global might stop you if you have 2 separate wins in a certain time period or 1 of a £1,000 or more but it is not automatic and their T&Cs say they will inform you if they intend to apply the restriction)1
