Hi All,
A cloth I used to clean paint off a handbasin with white spirit accidentally got into the washing machine. Now after a wash my clothes smell of white spirit, is there a solution?

Can you hang the clothes outside for a few hours? That worked for me in similar circs

If the smell is in the machine and every load smells have you tried putting a empty very hot wash on to see if that cleans the machine. I would also ensure you've clean around the rubber sealLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin1

The smell is inn your washing machine, then rinse through your washing machine a few time. A short cycle should do this!0
