BOUNCE BACK LOAN HORROR STORY BARCLAYS

Quite a unique situation here...
I applied for the BBL scheme on the evening it launched and was approved. I received numerous text messages that week saying sorry for the delay and the funds should be in my account the next working day... nothing.
I contacted the business team on the phone and they said there processing it, I also contacted my Barclays business manager, who in all honesty was pretty useless/clueless.
He stated that they needed more information, but didn't state what information (I have banked with them for 6 years).
The next day the £50k landed in my account. I spent about £20k clearing some suppliers invoices and invest into the company... this is where it gets good...
I check my online banking at 6PM and the money has been reversed. I am now -£15k with no overdraft facility.
At this moment im panicking and receive a call from a 'senior' manager saying there was a error in my application and the funds should not have been issued. And they are looking at 'more information' but again were extremely vague and unhelpful in every possible way with no remorse or solution to the negative balance.
During that whole week I was back and fourth with my banking manager over the phone who again, was pretty unhelpful. GOOD NEWS! He says everything is fine, he has confirmation from the BBL lending team, all checks are fine and the funds should be in the account by the end of the day (Friday, this is 5 days later). The weekend passes and we're now on Tuesday... NOTHING.
...MORE CHECKS! This goes on for 3 more days with vague answers.. and get a call saying the application now CANNOT be processed due to a marker on my CIFAS report and they don't have an answer for the negative balance... you could probably imagine my reaction.
Fast forward 2 weeks, I have applied for my CIFAS report and am awaiting to see it (which I will update here) however I have checked with the main file checker 'CHECKMYFILE' which can see CIFAS markers (if there are any) and its showing as NONE , green tick, absolutely fine.
Also just to rub salt in the wounds I just receive all BBL documentation of the repayments starting next year through the post and the agreement contract and approval papers WEEKS AFTER THE LOAN HAS BEEN REVERSED...
So, has anyone else experienced anything like this? Any input appreciated as you can probably guess, im losing faith and patience right now.
