My Jar Loan - System problems

Hi,
Strange things are happening with My Jar and their website/systems.
At the start of C19, I phoned them and they instantly put my loan on a month hold.   Prior to the end of the month period I received a text stating the whole amount would be taken.  I logged onto to there system (which they had updated the weekend before) and it was blank on my loan.   I contacted them and a further hold was placed on the account, until the loan was visible on the system.
Yesterday I logged in and the balance was £18.76, odd I though so I contacted customer services, they said "how odd"  though whilst on the phone my balanced changed to -£148.  Happy to leave it with them and expected a call back yesterday.  Logged in again this morning no change but I did notice that a payment was made on 19 May for the whole balance.   So according to their records balance paid on 19 May and £148 owed to me in interest.
I had  four payments left, at present due to this error I can not make a payment last one due 31 Jul , I missed one payment 30 Apr and dont want to miss another but would be happy if they dont look too deep into there systems (Morally wrong I know)
Anyone else having MyJar issues?

Not this type of company, but for a first I've had to actually chase my service charge/ground rent bill, definitely putting the head above the parapet there  :/ as we've a broken entrance front door and it was going up anyway I fear. (though wouldn't want to repeat the £240 charges when they aren't paid on time so suppose it really had to be done)

Hi myjar have been doing system updates for ages and they never work. I have an account and I can only login fifty percent of the time.
Lots of customers are currently claiming refunds from them from for irresponsible lending so thats causing them loads of issues so if that applies to you go for it .
It looks like they failed to perform relevant affordability checks as did many of the other short term/ payday loan companies.
